Members of the Socialist Party L.A. Local and Ventura Local got together with friends from the DSA, Solidarity, and System Change Not Climate Change to occupy the block around Wilshire and Western. Each participating organization covered a different block up and down Wilshire Boulevard, creating an extended corridor of climate change related messaging along one of the city’s most heavily-traveled arteries.
