Know Your Rights When Dealing with Student Loan Servicers

By Chris Hicks

Paying off your student debt can be hard, and not just because of how much it costs.

I’ve heard many stories about how student loan servicers (the company that sends you bills each month) can make the process of paying off your loans even more difficult. I hear from people across the country about all kinds of problems they’ve faced with their servicers, from lost paperwork and inaccurate information to being overcharged and not being notified of important deadlines that cause their bills to sometimes more than double.

If you’ve had problems with your student loan servicer, you’re not alone. Over 41 million Americans are repaying more than $1.3 trillion in outstanding student loan debt, and it’s important that all of them are treated fairly and given the tools they need to succeed. That’s why we’re hosting a free webinar to on dealing with student loan servicers. RSVP now. >>
